With the rapid development of computer and network technology,the use of the network is becoming more and more widespread in the educational fields,and has great impact on the students'learning habit and method.It has be- come a general concern that whether the on-campus college students can take advantage of network to learn efficiently. The paper,through questionnaire,investigates and analyzes the current situation of the students'learning in using the network in Handan,aiming to find out the existing problems in college students'network learning and put forward sugges- tions on improving students'network learning.
