Abstract:21 st century is a new age of knowledge,digitalization,information and network,as the carrier of knowledge and information,library buildings begins its development from the traditional model to the intelligent orientation.This paper is to give an argument on the connotation and characteristics library intelligent systems,the necessities and significance of building the intelligent library.
