Nowadays company has become the main part and the most important economic strength in social economy.The paper illustrates the concept,contents and necessity of company's social responsibility.Combining these with the current situation of company's social responsibility in our country,the paper puts forward some relevant suggestions of the modification of our country's company law on the basis of the lessons drwn from the relevant legislation of foreign countries.
