Several serious coalmine accidents occurred recently,which reduces us to finding the reasons.Besides the man-made factors and the poor geological condition,the distemperedness of coalmine safety regulation is an important factor which influenes the coal mine producing.In this paper,we will talk about the advanced coalmine safety regulations in foreign countries.What's more,we will compare the code of China with that of other countries.Then,we will give our suggestion and hope this would be helpful to China's coalmine corporations.
