Abstract:English,as the most important international language,is the most populer second language,while lots of learners only know literally,when it comes to practical usage,they cannot handle it successfully.This paper analyses the concept of oral English fluency,and the factors that have an effect on it,proposes some advice to develop the oral fluquency.
