With the increasing deepening of socialized inform of logistics, logistics cultural construciton of colleges is of increasing concern. Seizing the direction of time and finding the role location is the most important task in doing the work well. The paper explores its transverse relationship with the external cultural enviroment，putting forward some suggestions on strengthening the quality of logistics member and constructing soft enviroment of intellectual culture.
