Academic trends of the late Eastern Han Dynasty occupied an important position in the history of thought of the Qin and Han.Han-chih is an important history book of annalistic style in the ancient times.Theory on history of Han-chih was seen the emergence in many ways.It embodies the academic thought of Hsun Yueh's,and reflected the ideas of academic characteristics of the times of the Eastern Han Dynasty.The characteristics included the declining of Confucianism,strong political criticism,changes of Zhouyi and rising of doctrines of various schools.
