Legislative hearing is an important form of democratic legislation.To bring the hearing into the local legislation has a great significance in promoting our country's democracy.But because the local legislative hearing has a short practicing period of time,it has a lot of shortcomings which seriously influence the development of our country's local legislative hearing,thus influencing the democracy of the local legislation.Aiming at these shortcomings,this paper offers some suggestions about the system.
