In recent years,clinical legal education born in the American law school in the 1960s shows a good momentum of development when it was introduced to China.But a series of problems such as the funds,the identity of students,the case resources emerged in the process of its practice in China.This has become the factors restricting the continuous development of clinical legal education in China.It will promote the development of China's legal aid to study and solve the problems occuring in the practice of clinical legal education in China.
