In this paper,we use the social security system reform of Xiamen Tongan Zhuba Overseas Chinese Farm for the study of the subject.The written process is according to Penny Farm forty years of related archival material since 1960,and made in-depth and detailed fieldwork.The careful study with discussion and research is on this basis.First,made a general description for the path of the social security system reform in farm,revealed the different characteristics at different stages,particularly prominent the characteristics of present;Second,proposed a problem which still exist from the reform.Such as,Old debt and unclear,The implementation of the policy not in place,Management system will not ring true and so on,to reveal the reasons;At last,make recommendations to further improve and perfect the social security system for farm.
