Since reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China's economy,the urbanization process is accelerating,which leads to lots of farmers losing their lands.For those farmers who have lost their lands,the only way to guarantee their basic lives is the land acquisition compensation.However,even in China's current land acquisition compensation,farmers turn out to return to poverty.Examining this system,the author finds out a series of problems.The relevant department should bring the market standard into the compensation,increase the compensation standard,expand the scope of compensation and enrich the ways of compensation in order to improve this system.
