Abstract:The huge risk of human capital investment in high-tech enterprise,seriously affects the initiative of the high-tech enterprises to invest in human capital.This paper established a index system about human capital investment risk occurrence and the extent of losses in high-tech enterprises,and applied the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to measure the risk degree of human capital investment of High-tech enterprise.
