In recent years,there are more and more Student' injury accidents and relative legal disputes,which has increasingly become a serious problem disturbing school's routine work.On the basis of legal relations between schools and students,the author points out that schools' liability is the fault liability and he also proposes circumstances,school' ways of shouldering the liability are also analyzed.
