Building experimental teaching demonstration center is the main channel to improve students' practical and creative ability,and is an effective guarantee to improve teaching quality.Connected with the establishment of provincial experimental teaching demonstration center,this paper illustrates the guiding ideology during building our modern manufacturing teaching center,and shows the basic thinking and achievements of the reform in the experiment teaching system,the improvement in the management system and the construction on the experimental teachers.These play an important role in deepening experimental teaching reform and improving experimental teaching effect.
