The construction of teams originated from industries and enterprises of the developed countries in the west.And now the construction of teams is getting more and more attention from businesses,prblic affairs and academic circles.As an academic organization,the university library should also introduce the management pattern.The paper analyzes the definition,features,types and functions of the academic teams in the university library,and poses several proposals in the construction of the university library.
