This article analyses the problems of intellectual property rights in the processing organiaation and dissemination of informetion in the process of the digital library construction.based on the analysis of present situation between China and US on the intellectual property protection,this article points out the problems of intellectual property rights in digital library construction in our country,and proposes some sugsestions and counter measures on intellectual property protection work were put forward.
