Budget management is getting more and more attention,but some problems exist in the practice in colleges,causing many people's suspicion and negation on colleges' budget.On the basis of investigation and research,the paper summarizes the common problems and analyzes their causes,putting forwad suggestion and counter-measures in order to play a positive role in improving the level of budget management.
