Abstract:With the fast development of the process of urbanization in our country,the problem of traffic jam in big cities and medium-sized cities is becoming more and more serious.However,the means of traditional public transportation can not satisfy the citizens' increasing travelling needs.At present,developing the public transportation system with traditional buses and subway as the main part is the effective way to solve the problem of traffic jam.Meanwhile,the appearance of subway is the boost motor of the residence prices along the line.Therefore,the paper has under-construction subway No.2 in Xi'an as the object of empirical research to make qualitative and quantitative analysis of the changes of residence prices along the line.
