Studying the migrant workers' employment and entrepreneurship has become an urgent and arduous task that China's economy must face at present.In this paper,the author takes the employment and the entrepreneurship of migrant workers in Handan as a research starting point,then studies the status they face,analyzes the problems they need to solve,explores the feasible path of migrant workers,employment and entrepreneurship and makes some reasonable suggestions.
