This article,drawing on SWOT,discusses the development opportunities,environmental challenges,its own advantages and problems facing the new rurual endowment insurance system,and puts forward countermeasures to and suggestions on how to push the construction of the new rurual endowment insurance system from optimizing the operation environment and self-improvement.
