In order to enforce the construction of Party's fundamental democracy and perfect Party's electoral system,many countries and towns try some reforming of the electoral system.Though the reforms are different,four basic models can be concluded,which have their own characters.The reforms of electoral system of party committee in countries and towns have gained some relative good results in practice.
