The industrial cluster is an important carrier of regional innovation system.Nurturing and promoting local industrial cluster is of great importance in obtaining regional competitive advantase and achieving leap-forward development.Based on some correlative concepts,the paper argues that promoting the development of industrial cluster is a feasible for regional innovation,and puts forward development strategies of regional innovation.
