Administrative supervision is the observation and supervision of the process and results of the superior execution of power on the inferior within the administrative system.Because of its obvious internal features,administrative supervision has encountered some mistrust.Simultaneously,traditional views have bias about the superiority and inferiority of administrative supervision efficacy under the unitary government and the federal government.From the aspect of administrative supervision efficacy,we can amend the deviation to some extent.
