Abstract:The article analyzes the obstacles of IC(Information Commons) in the University Library building,and proposes response strategy.The university library should start with reaserch and planning of IC.In the context of setting service concept,the university library establishs strategic alliances,and pay attention tos trengthen the library's own human resources and improve the quality of the user.
