Abstract:Recent years,our enterprises keep developing outward and the tendency of transnational management is arising.For a series of reasons,the transnational management experiences of our enterprises are limited,especially the human resources management experience,which is the most important.However,the researches of human resources management in transnational enterprises can not meet the requirement of practical application in our country.This paper references to foreign human resources management modes and selectively analysis the elements that affect the human resources management.In these bases,a human resources management mode which is based on our enterprises actual situation is proposed innovatively.A series of human resources management modes are selected which fit our transnational enterprises more.
