Aiming at the college students'science and technology innovation system,this paper analyzed the two-layer evaluation index system of the college students' scientific and technological innovation capacity,gave the weight of every evaluation index and fuzzy reviews set,and evaluated the innovation capacity of the college students' science and technology innovation system by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluate method.The given model can effectively evaluation a scientific and technological innovation system,find the weakness of the system,and improve it well targeted.
