Adopting the five elements structure model of organizational commitment,the paper studied the level of organizational commitment of the universities' teachers from HeBei province by means of questionnaire.It described quantitatively the situation of teachers' collectivity commitment,the ideal commitment,the economic commitment,the affective commitment and the normative commitment,and analyzed the reasons briefly.
