The international financial crisis caused by Sub-Loan Crisis spreads China rapidly,it has great effect on Hebei Province's macro-economy.In the paper,four economic indexes including GDP,PI,Unemployment Rate,Export Volume are selected as representatives to analyze the degree of international financial crisis' impacting Hebei Province's macro-economy by means of comparison.On the basis of the analysis above,the reasons why the phenomenon exists are analyzed so that the countermeasures are advanced finally for Hebei Province to deal with financial crisis effectively,thus the local government can be also inspired while making macro-economic decisions.
