This paper studies legal issues appeared in journal-internet reprinting.such issues include:whether it require permission and payment to reprint a published article from journals;from which party to ask the permission;which party should recieve the payment;whether the situation changes or not if it is a internet-to-journal or journal-to-journal reprinting and what are the legal liabilities of the torts in reprinting.
