Zhao culture is the most well-known one in many cultural arteries of Handan,and the best business card through which Handan is very familiar to the world.City sculptures,as a kind of public art,should take on the historical duty to shape the image of the city of Handan,and to extend its culture.However,it is not enough measures taken by city to display the zhao culture connotation,therefore a series of compensation should be comprehensively made.
