Food safety has a very close relationship with the people's health,social stability and national economic development.Food safety law has been brought into force for 2 years.However the present situation of food safety is still less optimistic.By analyzing the present situation of food safety,the paper puts forward countermeasures and provides some reference to improve the food security regulation system.
