the procession of cadres of class and league is the diaphysis of administering students,and an excellent class must be led by an excellent procession of cadre of class and league,especially to a self-governed college.This passage puts forward some opinions about how to select,foster and construct the procession of cadres of class and league by analysing the significance of constructing the procession of cadres of class and league during the process of constructing classes.Also,we point out that the counsellors of self-governed colleges should be severe with themselves and be the exemplars of students,they should also take the responsibility in handing and administering the procession that is in the charge of them.
