Abstract:Education system and individual educational practice are always a mutual molding process. The education practice of adult can provide a realistic basis for the establishment and improvement of the adult education.The adult education system plays a role on promoting or restricting adult educations. Based on teachers'continuing education practice from the primary and secondary school in rural areas to pursue the graduate degrees in adult,from the micro perspective,the article explores the teachers'plight in which they feel distressed,disturbed,anxious,confused,bewildered,frustrated,helpless in adult education in many aspects such as in academic research,living conditions,emotional and career expectations which can provide the first——hand experience materials for the adult education and adult educa-- tion system
