Abstract:The Interwork public diplomacy, which is produced by the combination of public diplomacy and modern in— formation network technology, differentiates from the raditional form.It is a new form which involves much more public participation low——threshold information as well as the nuclear fission—-like circulation and advanced massages of effi-- ciency.As a result, it has been an important approach to realise interwork of public diplomacy.
