The growing process of university talents is a complicated and systemic project, and a result ofsynergy with more than one factor. Based on the learning organization theory, following the ideas of systematictheory, this paper makes an empirical research on the growing environment of university talents in Hebeiprovince, and puts forward the university talents growth environment system based on the learning organizationtheory.
