The new generation of peasant workers plays an important part in city construction, but theirrights and interests cannot get effective protection in the process of integration into the city. Based onanalyzing the reasons objectively for the infringing of the new generation of peasant workers' rights andinterests, this paper presents a series of measures about maintaining the rights and interests of the newgeneration of peasant workers.
