Abstract:In recent years, China's labor market of female employment discrimination is becoming more andmore serious. It not only violates laborer's labor rights and other related rights in China, but also goes against theconstitutional principle that all citizens are equal before the law, and other legal provisions that embodied theprinciple of equality, which is of great social harmfulness. Based on the present situation of the currentemployment of female workers today, the paper proposes the legal countermeasures against genderdiscrimination in employment through analyzing the concept of gender discrimination, the judgment standard,the specific performance and the main problems existing in legislation.
