The modification on China's criminal procedure law and strengthen human rights protection—Distinction between Chinese's criminal procedure law and the international standard of the right protection
Based on the modification of China's "Criminal Procedure Law" and comparison with "CPolitical Rights International Convention Perspective", this paper introduces the progressprotection after the modification on Criminal Procedure Law，and points out that the gap stillin humani1 andrightsexists between therevised "Code of Criminal Procedure" and the "International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights". It alsodescribes the improvement of the defense system and the system of compulsory measures.
