CDIO is a kind of education which trains advanced technology applicable talents for the first line inthe fields of production, construction, management and service. And it is the basic guarantee of success of CDIOeducation to establish and train a "double type" teacher staff conforming to the requirements of the developmentof CDIO education. Errors existing in training the teacher staff and the specific content of "double-type" teachersin Chinese engineering colleges under the mode of CDIO are analyzed, and then measures of training"double-type" teachers in engineering colleges under the mode of CDIO are proposed in the paper.
