Abstract:With the distinctive characteristics of the rapid development of the 21st Century and the rapidtransformation, "after 90s" college students' thinking, emotion, behavior, cognition, etc.are significantly differentfrom those of "after 80s".This paper analyzes the characteristics of thinking and behavior of "after 90s" collegestudents, and actively explores the direction and strategies which go with the times, the development rule and thecharacteristics of the educational goal.
