Abstract:The concept of generative teaching should be introduced into the teaching reform of jurisprudencecourse. Generative teaching is greatly valuable to jurisprudence course if analyzed from the perspectives of theteaching goals, course content and the malpractice of linear teaching. It is the improvement of the legal teachers'comprehensive qualities, the execution of elastic teaching design and consultative teaching management thatconstitute the basic implementation conditions to realize the value of generative teaching in jurisprudencecourse.
