In recent years, the rapid development of Television Civil News in all parts of the country formed aprairie fire, known as "the third revolution in TV News of China". However, there is still misunderstanding of theposition, standing position, aspirations in current TV civil news. This paper intends to analyze role of the currentsituation of the TV civil news, and explore Media's values and reasonable position in the TV civil news on thisbasis.
