Serving readers is a primary responsibility of librarian in university library. The image of librarianaffects quality of serving readers. Women are more than 60% in university library. So the image of women inlibrary almost stands for the image of university library. This paper discusses women's image in university library,such as appearance, speaking, behavior, gesture, and dressing.
