Abstract:As China's financial system reform and the full liberalization of the financial industry, the competition between the commercial banks is more intense. But the competition between the commercial banks is mainly the talent competition. Currently, the state-owned joint-stock commercial banks faced the plight of talent turnover. This paper analysed the impact of talent turnover to the stated-owned joint-stock commercial banks, and dissected the key factor of the talent turnover. Finanlly, this paper put forword the strategic for the stated-owned joint-stock banks to enhance their human resources management.
