The region economy's development and the talented ' need urge the adult foreign language education to face the new opportunity and challenge. This paper analyzes the current situation of adult foreign language education in Hebei Province and puts forward the reform's necessity in adult foreign language teaching and some suggestions on the new and healthy training market development.
