The concept of "Kindheartedness" is the essence and basis for Confucian ideology and culture. It is proposed by Confucius and is passed on by Mencius to become theorized and systemized. The process of people's pursuit of self-development and building of material home is also people's pursuit of spiritual home. People's contemporary spiritual home is challenged by split imbalance: the loss of ultimate value and belief in life, the psychological imbalance in interpersonal communication, the twisted standard in self-value measurement. It is of practical significance to excavate and enrich the concept of Confucian "Kindheartedness" and build "Harmonious Home": to better construct a "Home for both Heart and Soul", to better cultivate a "Self-Harmony", to better realize "Harmonious Individual" and "Harmonious Community".
