In Constitution teaching, some problems are necessary to be clarified as follows: Curriculum system needn't maintain consistent with the law system completely, but the teaching of Constitution theory must aim to explain the rules concerned as its target. The constitution teaching can't deviate from appealing for the core value of Constitution, it should focus on three basic elements: the Constitutional civil rights, the state power and public interest. The constitution is in essence the particular normative demands, not balance of power relations. The research method and teaching method has close contact, but they are not the same thing.
