    摘要:

    随着全球化进程中现代企业经营管理方式的转变,我国煤炭行业也进入了文化管理阶段。从煤炭行业文化管理的困境出发,指出构建心理契约是现代煤炭企业文化管理的重要基石和文化管理困境的突破点。梳理了心理契约与企业文化管理关系,提出了基于心理契约的煤炭企业文化管理的建构途径,包括达成共同价值承诺、建立人本文化激励机制和文化培育三个方面。通过心理契约的建立、激活与维护,实现文化管理的内化与执行,从而形成企业发展的持久动力。

    Abstract:

    With the globalization of the modem enterprise management mode.the coal industry in our country has entered the stage of cultural management.ne paper analyzes the difficulties in the management of coal industry culture,and points out that the construction of the psychological contract is a breakthrough point and an important cornerstone of management of coal enterprise culture.nis paper discusses relationship between the psychological contract and corporate culture management,and points out the ways of construction based on the psychological contract of the coal enterprise culture management,including the common value commitment,establishment of incentive system based on people oriented culture,and cultural cultivation.Through the establishment,activation,and maintenance of psychological contract,the enterprise Can realize the complete internalization and execution of cultural management,which provides a persistent power of its development.
