Gui Guzi，a quite controversial character in Chinese history,the life of him is still a mystery．Based on large numbers of historical data,researches on the local spot,and mouth-to-mouth historical legends of local people, Gui GuZi ancestral temple and the introduction letters of Immortal Mao etc，we can provide a new basis to the conclusion of the life of Gui Guzi．
