With the development of Higher education．more and more“the generation arer 80s”become one of the colleague counselors．This group becomes younger in average age，and at the same time，their psychological problems affect也e ideological and political education in university．This essay aims to analyze the causes of the problems of this generation，and provides some suggestions in order to improve the colleague counselor's psychological quality and to make contribution to the development of higher education．
